Three award-winning cooperatives (the Iyenga, Mwalyego and Kimuli Coops) from Tanzania’s Mbeya and Mbinga regions, contributed coffee to this lot. The resulting complex peaberry coffee is an outstanding cup with a thick, syrupy body, brown sugar sweetness, and tea-like acidity.

The Iyenga, Mwalyego and Kimuli Coops, three award-winning cooperatives from Tanzania’s Mbeya and Mbinga regions, contributed coffee to this lot. The Iyenga Cooperative currently has 172 smallholder members and a combined production of 45 metric tons of green coffee. The resulting complex coffee is an outstanding cup with a thick, syrupy body, brown sugar sweetness, and tea-like acidity.
