Enjoy our original roast without the caffeine. Our coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process method, free of chemicals and preserving its delightful aroma and profile. It is toasted at a slightly hotter temperature than our regular Original to achieve a bolder cup than your average decaf coffee. We take these to the higher spectrum of the Medium Roast profile; please note these beans have a naturally darker green unroasted color, so they will look slightly darker than your "medium-dark" roast profile when roasted. A medium body and tasting notes of cocoa powder, dark chocolate, baking spices, having low acidity with a toasted hazelnut finish. It will have you wonder if this is truly decaf.
